Grundfos India launches social media campaign to support World Water Day
New Delhi [India], Mar. 10 (ANI): To celebrate this World Water Day, Grundfos India, a manufacturer of energy efficient pumps, is hosting a comic strip contest from March 11 to 22, 2017. Grundfos India has been promoting sustainability through its social media pages 'Ek Boondh Pani' and 'I Save Energy.' The company regularly hosts contests on these forums to create a heightened sense of awareness about pressing environmental issues and to mobilise public opinion on the same. The comic strips will depict different characters such as the earth, rivers and animals dependent on water expressing various environmental challenges that they face. However, the dialogues will be left incomplete. The participants will be encouraged to complete the conversation by sharing witty and interesting answers through their comments. The best submissions will be rewarded. Social responsibility and sustainability are among the core ethos of Grundfos. Owing to this, the company's products are crafted in a manner that they reduce environmental impact. Furthermore, Grundfos takes a proactive role in building the awareness about environmental issues prevalent in the society. (ANI)
