Former EVP of Canon India Dr. Alok Bharadwaj launches CreoVate transformations, consulting
New Delhi [India], July 3 (ANI-NewsVoir): Former Canon India EVP-COO and later head of Canon Asia Strategy centre in Singapore that overlooks 23 countries, Dr. Alok Bharadwaj, who has over 30 years of experience in leading business operations, transformational practices, strategy architectures, organisational excellence and building future capabilities on Monday announced the launch of his personal venture CreoVate (a portmanteau of create and innovate). This development comes with his departure from Japanese major Canon after 16 years of stay. From transforming architectures to improving performance that drive results, CreoVate offers a specialist array of services to help organisations target, lead, build and execute successful change in their first mile of transformation. The consultancy will offer solutions in the domains of customer strategy, go-to-market architecture, people capabilities, India entry management and a comprehensive retainership services. CreoVate will also address super specialty aspects of CMBT (change management and business transformation) as it is currently building India and International partnership tie- ups to cover holistic interventions. "In current business landscape, change management and business transformation (CMBT) is at the top of leadership agenda. As external triggers are in full swing in industry 4.0 eras, continual market led transformations are the new normal. I am excited to launch CreoVate, focused on guiding, coaching, and mentoring business organisations which are at the cusp of transformational journey," said Bharadwaj. "Transformation is a switch that must be always on. CreoVate will be the helping gloves to businesses which are planning a new entry or a renewal, a major turnaround, responding to disruptions, rapidly scaling up, seeking to build competitiveness or catapulting people's capabilities. Organisations must navigate through constantly changing dynamics in conducting their business in challenging market environment to win," he added. As per Bharadwaj, at the heart of any thriving transformation and winning organisation lie three elements - strategic direction, organisation operating model and capabilities. CreoVate will redefine consulting in non-BIG 6 spaces, by building holistic view to avoid 'magic steroids' syndrome for silo interventions. He calls it 'Ayurvedic therapy'. The complete focus will be on results driven CMBT. "You don't climb Everest without a Sherpa" he further added while responding to a query on need for consultants implementing CMBT journey at the launch of company logo and website www.creovate.in. CreoVate's logo, a clock, symbolises moments of the time dimension. Emphasising on the need to focus on this fourth dimension, Bharadwaj said "A three-dimensional object begins to form a pattern, a story, a track and evolves into a character when seen over time called the fourth dimension. Organisations have life and their shift has to be seen against this dimension. This gap from 'As-Is' to 'To-Be' is what the 'fourth dimension' depicts." Conferred with an honorary doctorate, Bharadwaj is an accomplished global strategic leader in both B2B and B2C domains. He has also worked with leading organisations such as Usha, Motorola and Tata Group. He has led and facilitated several transformational interventions in emerging markets of India, South and South East Asia, and brings cutting- edge experience from real world business challenges to the Indian context. Recipient of many awards and accolades, he is an alumnus of IMD Lausanne, Switzerland and FMS Delhi. (ANI-NewsVoir)
