Enthusiastic designers of Satyam Fashion Institute showcase spirit of 'Women Power'

New Delhi [India], Apr 10 (ANI): The true strength of womanhood was celebrated by the graduating designers of Satyam Fashion Institute on the ramp at NCUI Auditorium, Siri Fort, New Delhi. 32 budding designers showcased their creative collection in 12 sequence themes gracefully choreographed by Rachana Sikka at Vista 2017, the most awaited annual Graduating Fashion Show of Satyam Fashion Institute. The collection of the graduating designers denoted absolute beauty, purity, clarity and royalty. They experimented with a variety of materials to bring life to their designs using both traditional handicraft techniques and progressive technology. They challenged the line and idea of design, inspired by the past and developing ways to transform the future with the use of new and old technologies. The ramp glittered with diverse segments of collections and concepts decoded accurately for today's woman in vivid and muted shades to unfurl the inner beauty of women. Some silhouette brought out the splendor of women very subtly representing hope, power, growth and energy whereas others exuded a darkly sensual femininity. The audience was enthralled with the artistic imagination of the designers who worked with assortment of colors and fabrics in the unique and fascinating themes. The glamour extravaganza witnessed renowned names from the fashion industry such as Sonia Jetleey, Varija Bajaj, Rajdeep Ranawat , Niket Mishra , Manish Gupta , Rahul Srivastava from RNG Apparels , Himendra Gupta from Neethoz Apparelsand many more. Satyam Fashion Institute is also presenting 'TEXFUSION 2017' this year which is a creative exhibition of home decor products by graduating students of Textile Design Department. The collections were designed on innovative themes like 'Denimovation' and 'Indian Guards' which has guided the design development for the products. The products ranged from home furnishings, wall decor and upholsteries. The products are geared to create a point of interest with its lucrative use of patterns and fabrics. "Each and every garment actually connected with the fact that the women are so valuable. The collection highlighted that women have an undeniable dignity and an undeniable beauty; two of these things go hand in hand. I am extremely glad to see the confidence of my students and their hard work which will definitely help them to mark their presence in the global revolution of their own strength and carve a niche for them," said principal Satyam Fashion Institute, Dr. Mitali C. Goswami. "The entire fashion show was for women that are strong, empowering and that represent themselves in a society in a dignifying way and at the same time that they're women, they're bold, they're confident and they're fashionable. I'm proud to see the talent of my students in the selection of colors and fabrics and coming up with such thoughtful masterpieces. Our fashion shows and events encourage our women students to realize their true worth and potential by engaging them in various themes," said Director General SFI, Manjulika Gautam. (ANI)
