New Delhi [India], Jan 19 (ANI): India's leading online lending marketplaces CoinTribe has announced appointment of Sunil Gulati, a veteran banker as the Independent Director. An IIM-A Gold medalist, Sunil has over 33 years of global experience in the banking industry and has served in senior positions in several multinational and domestic banking entities including Bank of America, GE Capital Services India, ING, Yes Bank and RBL Bank. Over the past 15 years, Sunil has been pivotal in rapidly growing and transforming banking institutions to establish them as mainstream national players. In his previous stint, his contributions enabled RBL Bank to grow more than 15 times across corporate, retail, capital markets, agriculture and financial inclusion in a period of six years while maintaining one of the best quality asset portfolios in the country. Previously, he was the Group President at Yes Bank in its early growth phase and was responsible for a range of portfolios including Risk, Wholesale Banking and Retail Assets. "It has been fascinating to see CoinTribe emerge as one of the frontrunners in the Indian fintech lending sector.
