SGS Laboratory in Chennai is approved by NABL for testing of Ethylene Oxide (EtO)

Shenzhen [China], June 18: TCL CSOT, a global leader in advanced display technologies, has signed an agreement with Professor Hideo Hosono, a world-renowned materials scientist from the Institute of Science Tokyo and Founding Director of the MDX Research Center for Element Strategy (MDXES), appointing him as its Distinguished Technical Consultant. This appointment marks a major step forward in TCL CSOT's efforts to accelerate innovation in high-mobility oxide technologies for next-generation display applications including LCD and OLED.

State-owned energy giant, GAIL (India) and US-based Petron Scientech Inc (Petron) will start exploration for setting up a 500 Kilo Tons per Annum (KTA) bio-ethylene plant along with its downstream unit(s) in India, the PSU said in a statement.

Seoul [South Korea], June 17: In alignment with the global strategic development of Shandong Heavy Industry, with a focus on bolstering "doorstep" export business, from June 14th to 16th, Tan Xuguang led a delegation to South Korea to conduct a thorough market survey. The visit included in-depth assessments of the distribution channels for Weichai power generation sets and marine power systems to promote the export of products. Additionally, the team visited and investigated the development of South Korea's big data centers and the demonstration application projects for Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFC).

According to a press release, this project is expected to boost the production of various ethylene derivatives and marks a major expansion in GAIL's business operations.

The investigation was triggered after the Hong Kong Food Authority recalled certain spice products from M/s Mahashian Di Hatti Pvt Ltd (MDH) and M/s Everest Food Products Pvt Ltd (Everest) due to ETO levels exceeding permissible limits.
