3Pillar Global launches in-house car pool app for employee safety and convenience

New Delhi [India], Sep 6 (ANI-NewsVoir): 3Pillar Global, a leading developer of innovative, revenue-generating software products has built an in-house car pool app for their employees based out of their Noida Office, given the rising concerns of safety in the region. The IT company which currently has an employee strength of 350 is in the process of expanding it's India team rapidly in the coming few months and has 60 percent of employees travelling from Indirapuram (Ghaziabad) location to their Noida head office. The in-house car pool app was developed as part of a special employee initiative aimed at easing the pain points of employees commuting to workplace as well as play a part in reducing the pollution and traffic congestion in the city. "Given the recent monsoon woes in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida a lot of our employees faced difficulty in getting access to public transport or taxi services. Our in - house car pool app has helped provide our employees with a safe and guaranteed service to reach work hassle free," said Director Operations at 3Pillar Global, Manorama Dhami.
