Being half of the world's inhabitants, a healthy youth generation has an unmatched potential to contribute towards the betterment of our society. Unhealthy habits like lack of physical activity, smoking, and consuming alcohol can not only endanger the health but also diminish their contribution to the global society. A healthy youth is the backbone of our society. So, it is our responsibility as a youth to pledge to stay fit, stay healthy. Manipal Hospitals advocates a healthy way of living by adopting daily exercise regimes, developing healthy eating habits, staying stress-free, and preventing substance abuse.
